Clinical Console

The Clinical Console provides clinicians and staff with a personal, organized view of critical clinical functions. Information at your fingertips includes a dynamic view of your schedule, tracking patients, encounter documentation, charge information, telephone calls, flags, and associated sign-off and follow-up activities. Customized to the individual user’s role, Clinical Console significantly improves the efficiency of clinical operations. There is no need to traverse screen after screen to find the information required to do your job. Clinical Console is infinitely customizable to meet your needs. Users can set display preferences including sort options, column sequence options, column width options, and grouping. Once the preferences have been set, Clinical Console remembers the settings for that user.

Patient Tracking

Know who and where the Next Patient is, including how long they have been waiting, and alert others to patient needs such as labs, x-rays, or other activities. Next Patient allows the clinic to:

  • Track patient wait-times
  • View next steps in the patient’s encounter
  • View Appointment Time vs. Check-in Time

Inter-office Communication

Staff no longer has to wait outside the exam room to ask the physician a question. Flags and eTelephone Messaging allows you to take advantage of the two minutes between encounters to:

  • Review and manage normal and urgently flagged orders, results, and/or phone messages
  • Automatically date, time, and user stamp each message
  • Instantly create a phone message history in the patient’s health record

Chart Summary

Access a personal Specified View of the patient’s chart before you walk into the exam room with a single-click to see:

  • A tailor-made summary of the patient’s chart including allergies, problems, current medications, previous progress notes, labs, vitals, etc. – all presented to your specifications
  • Customizable flow-sheets vitals and lab values

Encounter Documentation

Encounter documentation needs are visit-focused and available with a single-click for recording information at the point-of-care, including:

  • Clinician triage for Vitals, review of systems, and chief complaint
  • Import previous Past Medical History
  • Speech-to-text using SpeechMagic for all or portions of the note
  • Discreet data documentation using Medcin
  • Pending documentation to complete later
  • Automated queuing of your documentation for review and sign-off
