Check-In

The check-in module within SuccessEHS makes it easy for office staff to verify demographics and validate insurance information. Insurance cards and driver’s licenses can be scanned and stored within the system along with a photograph of the patient to help prevent fraud. The system facilitates co-pay collection and insurance verification at the front desk.

The nurse can complete portions of the HPI, PMH and review of systems online while in triage with the patient. This process makes the visit quicker, with fewer steps, helping practices improve efficiency, increase employee productivity and see patients more rapidly with less time waiting.
