Support

EMB Medical Practice Management is dedicated to providing you with post implementation support, included in our service package.  Each client is assigned a dedicated client support representative who will be your primary point of contact.

Hours of operations are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m.  – 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – noon.  Your client support representative is available outside of these hours by appointment.

Training – post implementation

Unlike other vendors who charge for post implementation training, EMB provides this at no additional cost.  We understand that in order for the medical billing process to work seamlessly, it is imperative that the users of the system know how to utilize it.
