Automated Tools
Implementing a practice management or electronic medical record system requires detailed planning and organization. EMB Medical Practice Management provides automated tools to help you manage this process. It consists of three main components: project management, training management, and delivery system.
Project Management
The complete project timeline is documented in a checklist format to keep the implementation flowing smoothly and to avoid missing any important deadlines. Your project manager will keep you informed regarding any upcoming steps in the implementation process.
Training Management System
Your administrator can monitor all required classes and exam results for each employee. Each class time is scheduled and monitored for attendance so you know exactly where you stand in your training process.
Training Delivery System
At the designated training time, each user will participate in live training classes with a live instructor who is a domain expert in the class content. The students will be able to talk and ask questions as they go through the class. After completing the class they will be asked to evaluate what they learned to take an accreditation exam. In addition, we offer CBT (computer based training) which includes recorded clases used for review of upcoming product ehancements, after-hours training, and other needs.
Customized Training for Each Employee
Each user is set up in the system with their associated job functions. Based on their job responbilities, the system then determines which classes they need to attend and creates their personalized course curriculum.
