EMB provides medical billing services for physicians that can help improve collection rate. We develop long-term relationships with our clients by delivering results and giving providers unprecedented control and visibility into their practices.  EMB has a proven track record of improving our clients’ collection rates.  All of our clients have a minimum of a 90% collection rate. Instead of simply telling you about the medical billing services we provide and what we can do, we prefer to show you how we plan to drastically improve your practice’s collection rate. It has everything to do with our process and track record.

Leveraging an efficient submission process is the most important aspect of improving your collection rate. EMB Medical Practice Management ensures timely receipt of your cash flows.

We provide Medical Billing Services that offer the following benefits:

Charge and Payment Entry: Providers and their staff have the flexibility to enter charges, insurance information, and co-payments directly into our web-based system by using a customized e-Superbill (compatible with most wireless devises).

Clean Claims: In order to increase payment turnaround, it is critical to send out “clean claims.” All of your charges are reviewed by EMB Medical Practice Management and our Alpha II Code Wizard before submission. Our goal is to bill for services correctly the first time.

Electronic Submission: Whenever possible, we will submit your claims electronically to significantly improve collection time.

Quick Filing: The quicker your claims are submitted to carriers, the faster you receive your payments. EMB submits all claims within 24 hours.

Follow-up: Our accounts receivable department works diligently to pursue all outstanding amounts from both patients and carriers. We maintain the highest level of professionalism when interacting with your patients.

Creating and Mailing Patient Statements: EMB Medical Practice Management will create and send patient statements whenever there is an outstanding balance. We continue to follow-up until everything is paid or you decide to send the claim to collections.

Answer Patient Billing Inquiries: Your patients receive a dedicated toll free number to address their billing questions with EMB. Patients may also email their questions to ptbilling@embllc.com.

Electronic Payment Posting and Review: EMB Medical Practice Management will review every one of your EOBs to ensure that your reimbursements are accurate. In addition, we will post your payments electronically to our web-based system, which allows for immediate submission of secondary claims.
