EMB’s senior executive team consists of industry veterans Meg Corson, Robin Hedrick and Patrick Nugent.  The team is dedicated to making sure our company has the most advanced technology, resources and training necessary to excel and respond to our clients’ needs.

To protect your time with patients, our staff works their schedules around yours. We provide training, demos, hold office hours until 8 p.m., and provide Saturday morning conference calls and support.

EMB Executive Team:

Meg Corson - Director of Solutions and Services

Meg oversees EMB’s entire Solution and Services team to ensure the highest quality of customer service is being delivered. She brought more than 30 years of industry related experience to the company. Before joining EMB, Meg was a consultant in medical practice management and successfully worked on implementations in nearly every state. Her experience in evaluating medical office operations to pinpoint problem areas and implementing policy and procedure changes makes Meg an invaluable asset to EMB clients.

Robin Hedrick - Implementations and Customer Service Manager

EMB clients benefit from Robin’s strong expertise in billing and systems, as well as her extraordinary ability to think outside the box.  Robin brought more than 25 years of industry related experience in billing and systems to EMB.  Before joining the company, Robin worked in development and systems analysis for a variety of software platforms in diverse applications.  Her primary work experience encompassed practice management, reimbursement and data analysis in a large academic medical setting.

Patrick Nugent - Sales and Marketing Director

Patrick directs EMB sales and manages client relationships of small and large practices in all specialties. He brought more than 15 years of senior level experience in service-based businesses to EMB. Patrick has overseen all facets of business development and was responsible for quadrupling his previous company’s revenue over a three-year period while ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and retention. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Computers in Education from Fairfield University.
